此次招標設備為光掩膜版的制程設備和測量儀，在評標專家委員會的把關下，嚴格執行評分標準，根據項目采購項目招標文件和Heidelberg Instruments Mikrotechnik GmbH及深圳市菲普斯科技有限公司于2014年1月15日提交的投標文件，經評標委員會于2014年1月15日評審，現場確認Heidelberg Instruments Mikrotechnik GmbH為上述項目設備招標制程設備的中標人，深圳市菲普斯科技有限公司為上述項目設備測量儀的中標人，予以公示，向社會征求意見。
